With 2020 marking our 48th year building homes and condominiums throughout Southern and Midcoast Maine, as far north as Topsham, we’re grateful to so many people and businesses who have helped us reach this incredible milestone.
Over the past 4+ decades, we have built quality homes for over 2500 families. With each project, we always stayed focused on one very important goal, to build a neighborhood that the rest of the community would be happy with and proud to have as part of their town. We believe keeping that goal at the center of our work has contributed to our success. Coupled with that is our commitment to continue to build energy-smart homes that no only benefit each homeowner, but also the environment.
Each project brought different challenges and new opportunities to create an asset to the communities. In some projects, we built sidewalks linking up neighborhoods to the downtown. In others, we set aside land to remain undeveloped, helping to maintain the natural setting that made those properties so attractive. Sometimes, we created common land to allow homeowners and residents access to the river’s waterfront. In total, we have set aside over 1200 acres of open space or almost a half acre for each home we have built.
