We currently offer 2 New England style communities to choose from. Millbrooke Farm in the final phase of Riverbend Woods, Wells, and Oak Hill in Topsham, in Midcoast Maine. There is only 1 condo model available now in Millbrooke Farm, and also only 1 condo model available in Oak Hill.

Millbrooke Farm offers the Somerset Grand ll, with 1862 sq. ft. of living space and an attached 2-car garage, available for late Spring occupancy. At Oak Hill, also a Somerset model available with 1862 sq. ft. of living space too, and a 1-car garage with mid-Summer occupancy scheduled.

Millbrooke Farm is our 19th condominium community in Maine.

Our condo community of Oak Hill located in Topsham is situated in the inviting Midcoast area of Maine. Quiet, yet close to local amenities, the condo homes are set in a woodland setting atop a craggy knoll.
